Unfortunately I can't help you much either. I haven't done any work in WAR
environments for about 4 years, the only thing I remember is that sometimes
you have to be careful about which ClassLoader is used to load a resource.
Perhaps that's something to look at, but apart from that I unfortunately
can't help.
