Thanks for the help. It did point me in the good direction. Here is the answer:
RuntimeConfiguration runtimeConfiguration = Dispatcher.getInstance().getConfigurationManager().getConfiguration() .getRuntimeConfiguration(); Map actionConfigs = runtimeConfiguration.getActionConfigs();
