Tomcat 4.1.29 freezing

Hi,
I'm using tomcat 4.1.29 with jdk 1.4.2 on linux. I've written a web app
using struts 1.1. From time to time tomcat freezes. In the log file I
get this message:
StandardWrapper[/]: Waiting for 99 instance(s) to be deallocated
The number of instances varies.
I've looked in the mail archive and I found another post with the same
problem but with no answer. Any help will be really appreciated.
