ejb controller pattern 2003-12-11 - By Kancharlapalli,Sridhar
Back Hi, EJBController may not be exactly mapped to business delegate, but it can be a layer between Business Delegate and Session/Entity Beans. A Controller takes a request and based on some criteria directs that request to an object to be serviced.

I am afraid not! session facade or facade's could be used by the ejbController.

Hi, There is no such pattern in J2EE catalog, but it is mentioned in Java Pet Store. To my knowledge EJB Controller here shows a common entry point to the business tier, if you want to map this to J2EE patterns maybe business delegate would be an appropriate pattern.
