i've been using DotNetNuke for about 2 months now and have found it to be easy to implement but a bit tricky if you really want to let your designers go wild. For the majority of sites out there this isn't an issue of course but the template system just won't work for graphics-intensive sites.
I implemented DNN for the Toronto Windows Server User Group (TWSUG) which you can check out at http://www.twsug.com the great thing about it is that I've created a new group of admins called SIG MANAGERS which i've been able to parcel out to individual users who are now in charge of updating small parts of the site.
if you have any questions just let me know... i'd love to help out. jeff.
