Sessions timing out prematurely 2004-01-04 - By Sonny Sukumar

Hey all,
I set my session timeout to 4 hours with the following
bit of XML in my web.xml, but sessions seem to time
out far sooner than that.
<session-config>
<session-timeout>240</session-timeout>
</session-config>
Has anybody encountered this before?
I'm using Tomcat 4.1.27.
