I added some of the jdk logging classes from 1.4 to
the bootclasspath in catalina.sh.
JAVA_OPTS =
"-Xbootclasspath/a:/tmp/lib/jdk_logging.jar". Now the
server fails to start. Using tomcat 4.1.27 and jdk
1.3.1.
The exception message is
