Back Nope, all that is there is name, description and an uneditable path to exe set as
d:\Tomcat 5.0\bin\tomcat.exe //RS//Tomcat5
That's it.
There is a Tomcat COnfiguration utility that comes with it but you can only set the JVM params, not Tomcat's.

Just open the windows services application and select the tomcat service from the list. Click poperties and set the parameters you want in the box provided.
