  | | | jdom versus xalan? | jdom versus xalan? 2004-01-13 - By David Wall @ Yozons
Back I noted that JDOM has an XSLT processor capability. Does this require XALAN or does JDOM have its own implementation of XSLT/transformer?
If it has its own implementation, how does it compare functionally to XALAN? I 'm trying to start using XSLT, and we're alreadying using XERCES and JDOM for our XML processing, so I'd prefer to stick with JDOM for doing transforms if there's no penalty in doing so.
Thanks, David <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN"> <HTML><HEAD> <META http-equiv=Content-Type content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1"> <META content="MSHTML 6.00.2800.1276" name=GENERATOR> <STYLE></STYLE> </HEAD> <BODY bgColor=#ffffff> <DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I noted that JDOM has an XSLT processor capability.
