The best thing to do is look at the headers added by mailing list software.

List-Unsubscribe: <mailto:tomcat-user-unsubscribe@(protected)>
List-Subscribe: <mailto:tomcat-user-subscribe@(protected)>
List-Help: <mailto:tomcat-user-help@(protected)>
List-Post: <mailto:tomcat-user@(protected)>
List-Id: "Tomcat Users List" <tomcat-user.jakarta.apache.org>

Then make your rule match on List-Id =~ /tomcat-user.jakarta.apache.org/
