Hi Markus,

Thanks for the information. WAS 5 as of now doesn't support this feature.
Yes, Jboss 3.x does! So at present we are having a workaround to
implementing 1:M with link tables using M:M implementation under covers.

I don't know WAS 5, but this is possible in Sun's J2EE RI 1.4, which was
recently released.
