I just installed Tomcat 4.1.29

The problem I got is: Tomcat is running under root.

I'd like to change this to tomcat4

But there is no longer a tomcat.conf file available
where I can change this setting.

The question I got is:

where can I enable tomcat4 instead of root to
run Tomcat ?
