As far as I can tell, DBCP is working fine for me for a while now. Also
note that the white paper is almost one-year old, some of the bugs mentioned
in the white paper have already been fixed.

BTW, a link to a .doc file may not be the best thing on the list. A link to
the site's content page would be more helpful.
