If you're using Tomcat 4.1 or 5.0 as the development engine of your Struts application, you might want to use
the WebappLoader class that automatically reloads your application every time the struts-config.xml changes.
This module is easy to use, simply copy the class file under %CATALINA_HOME%/server/classes. The
source code and the explanation of how it works are also available so that you can extend the module
if you wish.
