pls help me out with this one. after executing the batch file..

d:\tomcat\jakarta-tomcat-4.1.27-src\catalina\src\bin>startup.bat

i will encounter this error

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
org/apache/catalina/startup/Bootstrap

what i have been missing? pls. help. thank you so much.
